Beaches Resorts: all-inclusives built for families

Beaches is the family all-inclusive brand from Sandals Resorts International, the company behind the adults-only Sandals resorts. It is a small brand today. As of September 2026 two resorts are open: Beaches Negril in Jamaica and Beaches Turks & Caicos. Both have a water park and a Kids Camp with certified nannies. This site also tracks four resorts that are planned or being built, in the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, so you can see what is coming. None of the four has an official opening date yet, though the company's chairman has said Beaches Exuma in the Bahamas comes first, in fall 2027.
