Fresh from a full renovation, Hyatt Zilara Cancun reopened in May 2026 with all 310 suites and all 12 dining venues redone. It is adults-only and sits between a lagoon and the Caribbean in the Hotel Zone. If you plan a trip around dinner, there is plenty to try, including a 23-seat speakeasy called Bokeh, and the updated Zen Spa has hydrotherapy. Beach butlers and 24-hour room service are part of the stay.
