This adults-only all-inclusive in Nuevo Vallarta opened in September 2025 with 141 rooms, each with an outdoor terrace and spa tub, and ocean views from almost all of them. A rooftop pool and bar, a hydrotherapy circuit and swim-up rooms round it out, about 25 minutes from the airport.

• The official fact sheet lists 141 rooms, all-inclusive and exclusively for adults, with ocean views from almost every room.
• Four restaurants: Aguamadre for regional Mexican from an open kitchen, Lia for Southern Italian and wood-fired pizza, Kobo for Japanese (ramen, sushi and yakitori) and Café Inez.
• A rooftop pool and bar called Alto 20°105°, plus the central Pacífico pool with its own bar.
• Every room has an outdoor terrace with a spa tub, and swim-up rooms and suites are among the room types. The spa has 10 cabins and a hydrotherapy circuit.
• About 25 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

Before you book

• One of the pools, the LVC pool, is for vacation-club members only.
• The hotel's FAQ says adults-only but gives no numeric minimum age. Ask me and I'll confirm the rule before you book.
