TRS Hotel Jamaica (name not yet announced)

The short version

Here's what is known so far, and it isn't much. Palladium Hotel Group says its Jamaica expansion will bring TRS Hotels, its adults-only all-inclusive brand, to the island. The expansion as a whole adds more than 948 rooms to the existing Grand Palladium site in Lucea, Hanover. No hotel name, room count or opening date has been published, and the TRS brand page doesn't list Jamaica yet. Ask me and I'll watch for the announcement.

• Jamaica's tourism minister said on December 2, 2025 that preliminary works had begun on an extra 1,000 rooms at Grand Palladium in Hanover, with construction due to start in January 2026.
• The official TRS brand page still shows four hotels, Coral, Yucatan, Turquesa and Ibiza, and no Jamaica hotel.
